Maharaja restaurant (Anno 1989) is the first and only traditional Indian restaurant in Tallinn.
Maharaja (translated as Grand King) hosted every day in his house an innumerable number of guests treating them with the best dishes found in his land. Up to two hundred cooks simultaneously operated in the kitchens of the palace, since the Indian art of cooking is extremely abundant and diverse.
